Q. How long does it take to have an auction?
A. Most auctions can be finalized in less than 30 days.

Q. How much money do I have to pay in advance to get my auction started?
A. Most of the time the auctioneer will pay for everything and deduct that out of the proceeds of the auction.

Q. How do I know if I have enough merchandise for an auction?
A. Contact us for a free, no obligation consultation, if you do not have enough product to conduct an auction yourself, we may be able to combine your product with another auction.

Q. When will I get paid?

A. In most instances payment is made on the day of auction. Depending your situation it may take up to 10 business days.

Q. When should I have my auction?

A. Each season has it's own advantage, we offer solutions for inclimate weather.

Q. What can be sold at auction?
A. Anything and everything. Remember, don't throw anything away without consulting us.

Q. What will I do with the items that don't sell at the auction?
A. Most items will sell with the exception of the obsolete, arrangements can be made to dispose of unwanted merchandise.

Q. Do I have to guarantee the things that I sell?
A. While most items are sold as is, with no guarantees, background information on items is usually advantageous.

Q. I am considering an auction soon, but not right away. When should I call?
A. It's best to reserve your date as soon as possible, choice dates fill up quickly.

Q. Do I have to sell my products at my site?
A. Not necessarily, items can be moved to a neutral location if required.

Q. What if I have an item that I would like to sell but need a certain price for it?
A. While we generally like to sell absolute, some items can be sold with a reserve and sold at the seller's discretion.

A. We are based in Southeast, Michigan, but we conduct auctions all over the state.
